EZBio®Link Quick-Link Connector
Foxx Life Sciences’ EZBio®Link Quick-Link Connector provides an efficient and convenient solution for single-use bioprocessing systems. Ideal for high-flow, non-sterile applications, featuring a simple push-and-click design and a rotating interface that reduces tubing twist, improves handling, and supports clean, reliable operation. The quick connectors are available in Polycarbonate (PC) body and medical grade Silicone gasket that are universally compatible with CPC MPC connectors. These are available in both male and female type of connectors and female connectors are incorporated with large button area with a textured design for added convenience. Each manufacturing lot is sampled and tested in accordance with standard operating procedures. These connectors can be sterilized upto 50 kGy gamma irradiation, 121 °C steam sterilization (autoclave), or electron beam sterilization, achieving a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻6 in accordance with ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11137. The products are animal-free and have a shelf life of 5 years for both Male and Female Connectors, from the date of manufacture, provided the packaging remains intact.
